What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your role and your message. We collect nothing else about you through this site.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose, which is to answer your request. That might mean writing back to you, arranging a call, or preparing the buyer map you asked for. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us with a follow up question, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are read by the people at Software Revenue who handle your request. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. The fonts on the page load from a font service, which sees the same basic request any web page makes.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Write to alyssa.henderson@softwarerevenue.co, or send a note through the contact form, and we will take care of it. If you would simply like us to stop contacting you, reply "stop" to any message from us.
